I would say Neville has improved quite a bit. I bought a new 28' Neville hopper last year, and it is a very nice trailer. New axle, pulls very good, fit and finish good, door operates good. They changed a few things for me, built like I wanted, without question. Most manufacturers don't like to talk about changing little details.
