This is iron pipe chart....if your using a gas tite type pipe, the gas flow is less.

Also check the required gas supply on the on demand heaters. Flex connectors
are generally not recommended.

"Normal" procedure would be a first stage regulator on the tank reducing pressure
to 7-10 PSI. Approved gas line (not iron pipe) buried to second stage regulator on out side of structure. Second stage regulator takes pressure down to 11 inch water colum.
Pipe sizing on the exterior is basically a reservoir of gas for the appliance.

2 psi interior pipeing would be an option. First stage would stay the same, second stage
regulator would reduce pressure to 2 psi on interior pipe.
Each appliance would then require its own regulator to reduce pressure to 11 inch.

Who ever supplies your gas should be brought into the loop.
