Subject: RE: From Gold Rush to phosphorous mining in Africa

nw NC
Last September my wife went to Marseilles, France to visit her daughter who, in 2017, went there to live . While there, they went to Morocco.

I read about Morocco and learned that it exported huge amounts of phosphate from the Sahara. The article mentioned the 60 mile long conveyor. I went to Zoom Earth website and located the area with satellite imagery that clearly shows the conveyor. https://zoom.earth/#26.666382,-13.076362,10z,sat

Bring up the site, scroll around on the image and zoom in maximum at each end of the conveyor. At the mine you can see mining equipment, large wheel loaders and mine trucks. At the ocean end, docks and ship loading equipment easily visible.
