Subject: Krause Model 19 disk

North West Illinois
I am looking for a disk to work up some corn stalks and follow with a field cultivator to plant corn on corn this spring. My only experience I have with a disk is a Deere 220 without deep cone blades which cut nice but was hard to level. I have found a 25 foot Krause 19 with 9 inch spacing close by and if is in my price range, I have a few question, will the model 19 cut as much as the Deere would? What is the difference between a Model 19 and 1900? and How will the Krause compare to a 24-26 foot 490 or 496 with 9 inch spacing. Thanks, for the Help!
