Subject: 25' head on 1460

Southeast MN
Doing something different for a bean head next year, have been running a 20' 1020 on my 1460. Run anywhere from 2.7-4mph depending on conditions and green stems etc. Combine has a razor rock beater and afx rotor.

In the past I run a 22.5' modified 820 and got along ok, been looking at both green and red heads leaning towards a green one.

My question is will I be majorly disappointed if I go to a 25' head with full finger? I don't mind going slower, taking a bigger cut at lower speeds is ok with me to a point. Just unsure how a 25' head will do without field tracker. Also running a 172" unload auger so I know unloading on the go will be tight.
