I have heard, but cannot confirm there is a rent subsidy, paid to landowner if you rent to a beginning farmer.
The problem with some of these beginning farmer subsidies is there are a lot of us "beginning farmers" who are in our mid to late thirties who are still looking for a chance, but do not qualify do to age.
I believe they have changed the under 35 years old to 10 or less years farming (schedule F)
