NE Mo

Back in my younger days, 1950, JD and IHC had attachments that were put on cultivators.  Small fertilizer hopper held maybe 50 lbs.  Would side dress Ammonia Nitrate on corn at layby time.  Those flexible tubes running from the meter to the fertilizer shoe would choke from dew in the morning. (wet leaves)  We covered  them with bicycle inner tubes.  This would have been prior to AA.  We started using AA in 1954
