I believe this planter in a 24R30 configuration is a bit of a morphodite due to Deere having a conflict with the 1770 24R30 in that era. It's got a DB44 serial number and has two extra seed sensor wires(26 total). I am hooking up my SeedSense to it and when I choose the planter configuration if I choose DB24 <2012 or DB26 <2012 it thinks there should be two smart connectors and goes all wonky. If I just pick 24 rows it seems to be fine in the diagnostics and everything is green(other than my rowflow because I need to do some calibrations). I guess I'm just looking for someone to confirm that I can choose 24 row and run it this way. I'd like to make sure it's right before I fish all the cables into the frame and tie everything down. Thanks!
P.S. Any good ideas for mounting location of the SeedSense module and RFM?
