You will get many answers here but if it were mine I would drive 3 3/4' corners and brace pipe 4-5' deep. I space my t posts 9' apart and I would use 6 strands of good hi tensile barbed wire. I wouldn't waste my time on a 4 strand fence especially for a property line fence. It's not much more money to space your t posts a little closer and add a couple more strands of wire. I don't intend to rebuild the fences I am putting in now and I'm 37 years old.
Just now saw it said no livestock, build what you want then I guess.
