It’s working far better than I thought it would. The biggest problem usually once things get wet is soil sticking and building up on the berming discs. Only build up today is some soil freezing to discs. When refilling fertilizer, I just tap them a bit with a hammer and all the frozen falls off. This winter is the first I’ve ever ran it in frost. Probably about 1- 1 1/2” today, wouldn’t want a lot deeper, but I’m sure with no frost it wouldn’t be running. Is actually working as nice or nicer than a lot of what I ran in October and will still have plenty of time to freeze/thaw to mellow the strips before spring.
