GFCI outlet was tripped in the bathroom, wouldn't reset. Replaced with new one, same problem. It trips as soon as you turn the breaker on. There are 2 other outlets on that breaker, pulled those from the wall and removed all the wires from those outlets, same problem.
Thought maybe that breaker was bad, replaced it and checked all wires in the breaker box, same problem.
So what could be causing the GFCI to trip as soon as there is power to it?
