Missouri | My principal concern was with the steering system. The Raven guys I talked to told me it was like that because it was a very old smartrax system. Presumably a newer system would be better, and would not have the issue I had.
You live and you learn. The next time we trade sprayers, the control system will probably be the single most important factor in the decision. By the time you've got everything (GPS, rate control, autosteer, boom height) on one system, you're basically married into that system, for the massive cost to change out to something else.
A Viper Pro is a newer display than the Envisio Pro in mine, and odds are it's a newer smartrax system as well. You may as well try what you've got first, with an open mind, and see how it does. | |
