Statesville, NC | Technology is improving all the time. I never believed big oil controlled the auto makers. I remember hearing in the 70's and 80's that so and so invented a carburetor that would make a V8 car get 80 miles to the gallon, and the oil companies bought it so it wouldn't go on the market. Bull crap. It's a balancing act of performance, range, convenience, cost, and other factors. As electric vehicles improve, they will continue to gain market share. | |
