Question what is the deal with farmers national. They had a land sale in south Dakota not to long ago that no saled also. Are they a bank ran reality company it seems to me that they sell only the guys that are in finicial trouble.
I always assumed that no sales were a function of the seller taking a pot shot at the market to see if they could get two deep pocketed neighbors bidding. If they couldn’t, oh well rent it as usual. I never really saw it as a fault of the auctioneer.
Maybe they are just testing the local market. Who knows? |
