Mine leaks a little, and creeps open. Not a big deal, just put several scoops of silage in first.
I rebuilt the door two years ago. The edge had worn thin and at an angle so it wouldn't seal. The simplest method in that case was to flip the door top for bottom, and re-weld the cylinder mount in the correct place.
