Croswell, Michigan		30 x 30 x .7854 x 14 x .8 = bu level
+
30 x 30 x .262 x (height of cone) x .8 = amount in cone

There is also a pack factor which takes test weight into account but unless you have extremely light or heavy beans it will change it less than 2%
