Even if fertility was good, it still doesnt make any sense. To make that cash flow it would need to be highly highly productive. Like 190 bushel an acre would have to be a crop failure. Would have to be consistantly 220+
Even if you raised 220 bushel corn that would be break even.
Would walk away, and tell him to find someone else. If he does great let them lose their tails. |
