How many pounds of product will they bring to the market by displacing an equal number of Holsteins? More or less? My best guess is a draw.

Will they yield more net pounds of more valuable end product? I am feeding some of these critters and would think it is inevitable that packers will be able to position a high percentage of this beef right with the best from pure beef breeds.

More of what is perceived to be higher end product along with consumer price point expectations for hamburger etc. Could be interesting. Another guess, just going to move the dollars already on the table around. Move both ends of the product price spectrum closer together?
