Just saw on the news that the shrimp farm that was going to build a new 45 million dollar facility in Luverne will now building in South Dakota because of red tape. Minnesota DNR said it could take 2 - 3 years to get the permit. South Dakota said come on over you can start immediately . The DNR has to get defunded with their stupidity.
