That's great for you, enjoy it. I'm 31 and Dad is 69.... I can tell he's slipping a little. We get along great and are very gracious with each other but he's starting to have some health issues and hates the newer, bigger equipment I'm farming with. 8 years ago he was planting corn with an open cab AC tractor and a 6 row 7000, now we have autosteer MX pulling a 12 row and he struggles with it. Complains about the 2166 being so big compared to his old L3..... we never really got that golden age. I suppose this is it? But mostly he shows up and we talk a little and he moves on with his day or maybe helps me for a few minutes (he's "retired" and just wants to run some equipment in the field). It can be hard to watch as he is slowing down more and more because of his physical health. I hope your Dad has a lot of good years left with you!
