Leesburg, Ohio | Iron, we are in Southern Ohio, and have been using 2 or sometimes 3 passes for several years, on corn and beans. Our ideal plan includes a fall pass with 2,4-D and dicamba on corn and bean ground, but didn't get it done this fall. 2nd pass ahead of bean planting with burndown and residual, and a post pass with gly and this time will add fungicide and insecticide. 2nd pass on corn is right behind planter with 20 gal. 28%N and Resicore. Post pass on corn with Impact and atrazine.
This year we plan to do a fourth pass on beans with fungicide and insecticide with our ground rig, and have the same done with helo on corn. | |
