20 Miles West of Indianapolis Indiana | Getting ahead of myself here as I’m not in the market for one right now but as I watch tractor house and make sure they don’t give one away... I was wondering if anyone has gone from 15” beans to 20” bean and had issues and gone back to 15”?
Didn’t know if maybe 30” stalks plugging in a row unit during no till (dads concern) or maybe dissatisfied with canopy of the 20’s vs the 15’s? Or some other issue?
I have some friends who really like theirs.
Some of my goals would be to have all the row units on the back for easier filling and have the 20” rows so they aren’t crowded as much as they’d be on 15” rows all on the back and then to have less row units to maintain on a 20” planter then a 15”.
Dads not a fan of 30” beans so he wouldn’t go in with me on a 30” planter... |
20” beans... anyone gone to 20” and switched back to 15’s?
