For as bad as the hammers were and the broken disc, I can't believe it wasn't bouncing off the ground! (One hammer was missing and the rest of them resembled a 20 year old Sandhills cow) I've already priced rebuilding the mill and balancing it......yeah, that's not going to happen unless option B (farmer fixing it) myself fails. Thanks all, I'll google these shops and get quotes.
