| Trying to get loaded out of Eau Claire with a flatbed semi was always a 8 hour nightmare. 8 hours minimum! I quickly learned to bounce 300 miles than take a Menards load. Truckers called it the toilet bowl for good reason. However unloading at the stores was usually pretty quick except for the security guard would have to look inside your cab upon exit! I can feel my blood pressure rising. . . Do not miss those days | |
