It's an installation issue with parts(the Menards box is missing fittings for suppliy lines that are INCLUDED at the supply house. How many "extra" trips did you make back to Menards to get your fixture installed?? If you say "none", I will call BS unless you are a plumber WITH all of plumbing parts in your work truck.
