| Absolutely not. Especially not in a trimble system where the unlocks are not transferable. Buy one with the unlocks on it. You can find them for around $5k.
The one thing that Deere has figured out is the transferable unlock. Keeps people buying their new gear when they sunset the support for the older stuff. Exactly why there are so few TMX's out there, they sold so many FMX's and unlocks for those screens that can't be transferred so people just say "oh well, guess I'll just keep this one since I have the unlocks on it." | |
