Throw it in the junk pile, those things were worthless brand new. Never done fixing and poorly designed from the start Buy a Common Sense Mfg. hydraulic winder out of South Dakota and be done fixing and have a dependable piece of equipment. You wont be sorry, you will be sorry if you start fixing on the Jet!! Been there done that, save yourself lots of grief.
