At the auto parts stores they have the door lock deicer. Its in a small aerosol can, its a light oil with an alcohol base. The alcohol gets any water and old lube flushed out of the lock and leaves new oil in its place. https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/subzero-lock-de-icer-and-l...
