There is a reason Missouri is not part of the Mississippi delta. F E S C U E. I remember in early 60's as fescue was taking over our area the deep ditches in every field. All pastures had ditches cutting through them. Fescue has done more to slow erosion than any other change in missery. It is a necessary evil in our highly erosive soils.
Question on Fescue grass for Missouri people.
