E.Central MN | Is your grill getting hot enough when you start? That's one reason my brother likes his Weber gas grill. He can walk outside and start the grill, then go back in the house to get the meat, add a little salt and pepper, and when he goes back out to the grill its hot enough to sear the juices in the meat. Then he turns the heat down and cooks steaks til they're just barely pink in the middle or fully cooks hamburgers without turning everything into charcoal bricks. If he had to wait for a charcoal grill to get ready then he'd say forget it and just use the kitchen stove. | |
