During the winter, a 3-sided shed would probably not be adequate. Drafts/wind isn’t good but you need ventilation. A lamb can handle the cold if it is dry and out of the wind.
Our ewes LOVE kochia, but grazing is a learned behavior. Lambs that may have never been on pasture may or may not eat kochia.
