Down below in the work for free post, it was mentioned a husband giving the farm land and farm assets to son in his will while wife only gets the house/farmstead. Seems kinda odd to me that the land would not go to the wife. Is this common? Maybe she doesn’t have here name on anything? Again, sounds kinda odd to me.
