Why risk ruining the frames with soldering or welding. Duct tape is your friend! You can keep replacing it as needed. Be sure to post some pics here wearing the glasses with the duct tape fix :) ********
It is ridiculous what frames can cost and I hope you find a good fix besides the duct tape or new frames.
