In college I did some research on drug busts. My favorite was a semi truck in Texas carrying wrapped silage bales. The driver let them cut open the bales on the outside, and they found alfalfa. He didn’t want them to open the bales in the middle of the load, so naturally they opened those too. Something like 10,000 lbs of pot. That’s not a decoy load.
