I had a hard time reading your reply as your situation sounds way too familiar. my dad also passed away in May on his 85th birthday to join my mother who we buried on Valentine’s Day in 2014. And they also celebrated there 60th together. I’m not a personal representative of the trust but im the only child out of 7 that is active in the farming operation (that I previously took over from my parents ) but still have land owned by the trust. Myself and a brother have been told we didn’t deserve the same parents as she did because we were a lot younger, complete hell, bs and lies by a couple of brothers and a sister. A lot of unbelievable crap and they have absolutely no clue of how mom and dad managed to create the life and family they left behind. It seams as the family will probably be split from now on as somethings just can’t be forgiven or forgotten.
