No, just the plywood/OSB on the roof. Shingles will need to be replaced also, BTW. I have re-shingled several manufactured home roofs and at the very least, the bottom 18" of sheathing is rotten.It's not a "terrible" job, but in your case, somewhat pricey. IMO.you also need a few more vents toward the peak. There is NOTHING wrong with vinyl siding on the walls, but I would NOT use vinyl for the soffits,aluminum is a must, I prefer a "center vent" panel;3-4" sections in a 12"panel'the middle section being perforated.
