My 08 F150 gets new plugs every 100,000 miles. I always put fresh antiseize on the threads of the new plugs and torque them in. Truck has 470,000 on it now and never had any plug problems. Change oil every 7,500 miles with mobile one. Doesn't burn oil but the front main seal leaks a little.
