I also have a 2011 F150 Ecoboost, but only mid 40,000 miles on it. Mine was one of the 2011's that had the Transmission "lead frame " recall. Ours checked out OK and included a trans oil change in the check. One year later the lead frame fails, Ford replaced it with the new style on their dime and included another trans oil change, so trans fluid should be good to go . We pull ours F150 hard with a 26 ft gooseneck flatbed, so intend to replace the plugs at 50,000. As the gap widens in worn plugs, it takes more and more voltage to fire them, so I feel replacing them early saves the coil packs.
