Grandpa and grandma both had quite a bit of work done. This was a little while back, in Algondones. Two other neighbors have recently. I don't think I'd be scared of it, do your homework, but never heard any horror stories.

They all will tell you the same thing, the dentist, assistants, are probably educated, if not from the US. If they aren't just down snowbirding for the winter. Grandpa's dentist was from Portland, OR and had retired. Just ran a cash practice there in the winter. Even lived on the US side, just drove across to work on the Mexico side everyday.
