SE North Dakota | Funny thing is that Fargo since 2009 has protected themselves from an 09 flood or bigger and this ditch is to protect land that is not developed yet that floods already. They make it sound like if it floods again Fargo would be gone. That is so not the case. Everyone is being misinformed and this is to protect what is not developed yet and that is wrong so wrong. The money is supposed to be to protect what is already there. I am clearly not a supporter because it affects at least 700 acres that I rent so I will just be out lost income. So that is ok with the Fargoans. | |
