Yep, I had a landlord offering to take less than agreed upon. Then he found out my bean payment was 1/2 my rent. The worst part was he looked my total bean payment for all my farms, not just his. I just paid what was originally agreed on like I would have with or without the Government check.
Several cash rent landlords though they should get the crop insurance checks in 2012 also.
