Subject: RE: cash rent with a little extra

Minnesota/Kentucky fertility based on ENERGY
So have you paid fair rent? if so then explain that the tariff checks are to aid in the bottom line. If you are paying 25% or greater of the total revenue of your farm then show the number to him or her? if not then the balls in your court as yes there are many just waiting to rent more and it's not simple anymore many are being funded by the same company's that have been our suppliers, the best example would be CHS has anyone look at the national farm payments over the last 15 to 20 years? they have gotten a boatload and it looks like CHS is the largest recipient FSA check which would go to a farmer so either CHS is farming or getting a check directly which either make no sense. Cargill would be another great example of a company fund large farms and after a point is the grower just a tenant farmer. The list can go on and on and as farmers, we should stick together as we are the largest minority to date? good luck and wish you only the best and have a blessed 2019
