Our bulls ( 4 of them) know what an electric fence is. I have gone to the trouble and expense of constructing pens for each separated by a hot wire with their own waterer.
They sometimes bellow at each other but have never, at least not yet, fought. Once fighting, I agree that an electric fence is no more a barrier than a 6 barb fence.
