Back when PQA was a relatively new thing and was going to start being required to sell hogs the PQA class was being offered in the local bank basement with a local vet doing the presentation and signing the paperwork.
I took that class with somewhere around a hundred 4-H and FFA kids getting their PQA so they could sell their fair pigs to John Morrel.
Seemed like a waste of time at the time and it still does.
