I no-till also and was the main reason for getting this spreader.
I bed with corn stalks and pile the bedding in the spring, run pallet forks through the pile every 30 days then spread in the fall.
Like the others have said, it unloads slow but spreads great! No clumps!
I got mine for $4000 and had to put $2000 into it but the augers are good and should last me a while.
