3weeksbehind - 1/1/2019 20:57 Am I the only one that questions a four year old bull being sold for breeding? In South Dakota it is illegal to sell a non virgin bull for breeding. I assume a four year old bull is no longer a virgin. West central MN is only 50 miles from me and I would not use a non virgin bull. If this bull has not been used for breeding than ignore my ramblings. There are enough possibilities to bring unwanted problems into a clean herd. I would not take the chance. +1 IMHO there is a big difference between a 4-6-8 year old bull you've had since he was a yearling virgin bull and buying a 4-6-8 year old bull from someone else.
