Garlic salt and pepper. Sometimes I inject beef broth about an hr or 2 before putting them on. The last few times I've done briskets I've had a lot of complements that it was the best they ever had. Did 7 or 8 briskets for a wedding and 2 for a stock show. Be sure and start with high quality brisket. Bought a cheap one for ourselves and it was tough. It was not a good quality one. That's what I get for going with cheap for myself.
