I am on my third iPad.  I was given an original when they first came out. Then given a mini a few years later.  This past spring I bought an iPad Pro 12.9" with cellular activation. I really like the large screen for viewing.  My phone I use is a Samsung s& so average size screen so now will use the iPad for much more due to bigger screen size.  It costs $10 per month to have iPad activated and I share the data so I use the Ipad a lot more.  I also bought a plastic holder with Ram ball mount for the iPad when it is in it's Otterbox Commuter case for use in equipment.  I probably could have gotten by with a smaller screen but seems like as I get older I like the larger screen.
