New Enterprise,Pa. | On thursday the 13th I had an ablation done to my heart to help prevent me from getting Afib. I'm asking from those if any on here who have had this done, how was your recovery period and how long till you fell that you were back to normal? I was told to take it easy for a couple of days and then just light work for a week or so and no lifting more than 10 #s during that period. Right now I'm definitely not up to snuff. Was planning on trying to help with the evening milking tonight. Any responses appreciated.
