Elmira, Ontario | Rather than explain it, I've put a sample table inside the attached file. It's a starting point that will allow you to build on it. You'll eventually want to add details about where the load came from and do summaries by field and farm. Many others here have done that kind of feature based load tracking systems. What I attached can be expanded into that.
